Antegonal Notch和Ramus Notch的深度與下顎旋轉的相關性

許多文獻報告指出Antegonisal
notch深的人有以下特徵：較大的SN-GoGn夾角、較大的Gonial angle、較長的下顏面高度、較深的ramus notch、顏面軸向較垂直、下顎骨體的生長量較小、發育較差的傾向（corpus length、remus hight、mandibular length較短）、較為後縮的下顎骨體、下顎骨明顯順時針旋轉，屬於垂直生長特徵、齒列顯示較深的curve of Spee、較傾斜的咬合平面等。本實驗採用60位未曾接受矯正治療之男女性的側顱X光片，分析其Antegonial notch和ramus notch的深度與下顎旋轉的相關性，結果發現兩者與SN-GoGn、SN-Palatal 、Palatal-GoGn、Gonial angle等無相關連（P>0.05），與Y-axis角度有關（P<0.05），男性有較深的antegonial notch，而ramus notch的深度在男女兩組則無差異。結論：單是利用Antegonial notch或是ramus notch的型態並不足以預測下顎骨的旋轉方向。( J.
